Spirit Day with Miss Chris
We learn one patriotic song each month in music class and perform it on Spirit Day. Our next Spirit Day is April 23,2010 and we will sing Yankee Doodle Boy and children learned choreography to assist in remembering the words to this more challenging song.
May 2010
During our set music time, Pre-K is preparing for our big graduation performance "The Road to Success!" (Students are also practicing daily with their teachers). Kindergarten has been studying "Music that tells a Story" like Peter and the Wolf and working on a Mother's Day presentation for May 7th. I feel so fortunate to teach all age groups here at Kids' Stuff and enjoy seeing them blossom from toddlerhood to the beautiful graduates ready to begin their next adventure at another school. I would like to thank all my students for such a great year and I send wishes for a safe, happy, and MUSICAL summer. Miss Chris

May 2010: To all of my wonderful toddler friends: I hope you have a fun-filled fantastic summer! I had so much fun with you on our morning "jog" and getting ready with our warm-up song. We laughed so much together when we played grocery store bowling...all we needed were some cereal boxes and a ball and we were making strikes! During your summer vacation, don't forget to keep dancing and moving with your ribbon streamers and show Mom and Dad how we went to the car wash! Miss Melissa
