Childcare is defined as any time before or after academic hours, and/or a Childcare Day
(determined by the Pasco County School Calendar when preschool classes are not held due to public schools not being in session.)
PUNCTUALITY
Punctuality is very important for your child as a sense of structure, and a sense of respect to the other students. Program start and end times are as follows:
TUITION
Payment for the current week is due by WEDNESDAY evening
A $10 fee is applied to ALL late payments received
A $40 fee is applied for each returned check
In the event two checks are returned, all future payments must be made by money order, cash, or credit card
Full tuition is required even when your child is absent.
Children enrolled in PRESCHOOL ONLY do not attend the childcare days.
Preschool children do not attend the week of Thanksgiving, two weeks at Christmas and the week of spring break and do not pay for these four weeks.
Children enrolled full-time (CHILDCARE) are entitled to two weeks of vacation per year after 90 days of continuous enrollment (beginning in August).
Vacation credit is not provided for those enrolled after March 31, and for summer only.
YOU MAY NOT USE VACATION CREDIT IF YOUR CHILD IS AT SCHOOL.
Please do not send your child to school unless he/she can participate in ALL school day activities.
Please do not allow your child to bring toys from home. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items brought to school.
